Job Description

Come intern with one of the largest engineering companies in the world.


As a member of the full chip team, you will be responsible for full chip power intent methodology, IR drop analysis and verification, bump, and ball planning.
Responsibilities include die-package-board connection definition, implementation, verification, power ERC checking, and IR drop analysis for power grid integrity.
 

The candidate must exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to enable cross functional interaction.

  • Drive and motivation to learn new methodologies and development of flows.

Length of Internship: 6+ months with the possibility to extend it as per business needs.


Qualifications

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.


Minimum Requirements
The candidate must be pursuing a Master's degree or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

6+ Months of experience in the following:

  • TCL or Python.

  • Analog design.

  • Spice.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ Months of experience in the following:

  • UPF.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
