Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise web and mobile (iOS/ Android) applications for both front-end & back-end and participate in the whole development cycle: design, develop, and test.
• Lead a small development team to manage, design and implement solutions to complex problem in large-scale infrastructure, and ensure the web &apps quality, compliance and security controls.
• Handle long-term project and think up new functions.
• As the first developer of the start-up, you will be the main architect and lead developer to decide on what technologies to use and how the development practice is set. You will work directly with the directors, project manager and in-house UI/UX designer.
• Enjoy team collaboration and an open organisation, suppose to speak out your thought and make effort to seek different kinds of solutions.

Key Requirements

• 2-6 years in Web & Apps Development, Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science is not a must if the candidate shows a strong track record
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Java, HTML & CSS, Reactjs / React Native or related component-based framework, Nodejs and Redux, C#, C++, Objective C, Swift, cloud service and other related stacks.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills as you will work with business/founders directly.
• Flexible and creative, able to think outside the box, open to challenges and possibilities. Never say never.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, can handle multi-task projects.
• A perfect team player, having positive working attitude, responsible and self-motivated.
• Fluent Chinese & Good command in English
