PositionResponsibilities

To plan, organize, and effectively implement advanced levelinstructional courses,teaching contents including but not limited within components of TOEFL: Reading,Listening, Speaking and Writing, as part of an in-depthyear-long academic program that encourages students to develop their academicpotential and guides students to achieve highly in assessments. Responsibility includes but notlimited to the following activities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliverinstructional activities that facilitate active learning;
• Create a positive atmosphere and arrange the physical environment of theclassroom for optimum learning;
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use ineducational activities;
• Identify and utilize different resources and methods to meet studentneeds;
• Monitor, encourage, and report on student progress;
• Manage student behavior in the classroom through effective rules and procedures;
• Communicate with and obtain feedback from students, colleagues, andparents to enhance student learning and understanding;

Work closely with teachers and administrators todevelop and improve existing curriculum；
