Nursing Major Full Time University Lecturer at Shandong First Medical University

Program Background Introduction :
This is a joint program between University of Campania, Italy and Shandong First Medical University, the lecturer or the professor would represent University of Campania aspect, there will be two round interviews for this position , the first round interview will be conducted by China office of University of Campania , the second round interview will be conducted by University of Campania. The University of Campania will provide proof of employment for teachers who pass the interview .

2022 cohort:
①　English for Nursing*---30 offline hours
②　Community Nursing*Nursing Research---48 offline hours
③　Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing*---48 offline hours
④　Paediatric Nursing*---40 offline hours
2023 cohort:
⑤　Medical Law and Ethics*---18 offline hours
2024 cohort:
⑥　Informatics*---30 offline hours

Fall semester 2025 ( lecture 4 courses among the following courses , no more than 2 courses for per cohort)
2023 cohort:
①　Hygiene---68 offline hours
②　Geriatrics---64 offline hours
③　Multicultural care*---68 offline hours
2024 cohort:
④　Italian and EU Nursing Culture1* 2---32 offline hours
⑤　Psychology---30 offline hours
⑥　Nursing Management---28 offline hours
2025 cohort:
⑦　English 1*---32 offline hours

Job Details:
1.Mode of Instruction: Onsite ( offline).
2.Materials and PPT : The lecturer is expected to decide related teaching materials and textbooks for above courses based on the outline or course description of per course approved by Education bureau office already . Meanwhile ,the lecturer is expected to create and design PPT, quiz, test ,evaluation standard etc ...
3.Time Duration: February 2025 to February 2026 (12 months contract),
4.Teaching Load: 12 to 16 teaching hours/week,
5.Working time : Monday to Friday, weekends off, no office hours .
6.Payment: 15000 RMB/month pre tax .
7.Holidays : Fully paid summer and winter holidays and other public Chinese holidays.
8.Accommodation : Provided, the lecturer will be living in the accommodation arranged by the University during your stay at Shandong First Medical University .
9.Flight tickets : We would provide one round trip tickets (economy class), no more than 2000 dollars reimbursement for abroad teachers per year .
10.Visa: Z visa will be provided.

Expectations for Qualified Candidates:
①　Italian nationality teachers will be considered first since this is a Sino-Italian cooperated
University Program, no restriction.
②　Qualified candidates should have at least the Master’s Degree, majoring in Nursing related etc.
③　Qualified candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in education or related subject and course teaching .
④　Candidates who can teach multiple courses will be preferred.
⑤　Candidates with rich classroom management and organization skills will be preferred.
