Job Descriptions:
1.The foreign teacher will teach English with a specially designed curriculum, including regular spoken English classes, English corner etc;
2.The students will be adults above sixteen from all walks of life;
3.Good organization and teaching skills are a must;
4.Lesson plans should be designed for each unit;
5.Occasionally the teacher will take part in promotional activities;
6.Good teamwork spirit and the ability to follow the school management's rules.

Requirements:
1.Native English speakers aged at 23-45 with good accent;
2.One year or above teaching experience is preferred;
3.The candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, conscientious, and patient with students;
4.Bachelor degree or above (TESOL or TEFL or equivalent is preferred but not required.);
5.The candidate should be able to fulfill a one-year contract;

Salary and Benefits:
1. Competitive salary RMB10000-14000 per month (depending on the experience of the applicant);
2. Compensation package will be included as below
● international airfare allowance RMB6000 with one school year completed contract (reimbursed at the completion of your contract);
● health insurance;
● apartment is not provided.
3.3 – day Christmas paid leave;
4.2 weeks Spring Festival paid leave;
5.Other than paid leaves mentioned above, some paid national holidays can be included like New Year’s Day, National Day, Dragon Boat Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Ancestors Day, May Day;
6.Work Visa, Residence permits, Foreign expert permit.

Employment Types:
1.Full time & part-time
2.The position requires a maximum of 25 working hours with one day off per week, RMB150 per hour for overtime.
