Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB:

SENREVE is a fast-growing brand with endless opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.

From November 2020 to January 2021, we will be hosting a standalone pop-up in one of Hong Kong’s top luxury shopping malls, in a centrally located area with high foot traffic. We are looking for energetic, smart, and reactive individuals to serve as a Sales Associate to support our upcoming pop-up activities, with the potential to further assist in our other regions (e.g. Singapore, Mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a passionate and friendly brand ambassador who can represent not just our products, but our core brand values of wit, elegance, strength, and empowerment

  • Provide high-quality customer service to each and every customer throughout their sales journey

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored assistance to each individual customer, and advise on the best products to suit their style/lifestyle needs

  • Assist in handling daily store operations, primarily: check-out procedures, organizing shelves and stocks, ordering stock, and inventory management

  • Assist with and take charge of visual merchandising needs, and maintain the integrity of the pop-up space in accordance with brand standards

  • Provide back-up and help (where needed) for in-store events, including but not limited to our grand launch party, press events, and workshops

  • Liaise and maintain close communication with SENREVE APAC Office to provide and/or implement feedback on pop-up progress

  • Meet store sales targets

  • Assist with any necessary processes and operations to keep the store alive and thriving

WHO YOU ARE:

  • An outgoing and friendly personality with superior communication skills, who enjoys interacting and connecting with a variety of different people to build and nurture close relationships

  • A results-driven, expedient problem-solver with strong attention to detail

  • An excellent team player with a “no task is too small” attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for their actions

  • Advanced knowledge of store operations, including familiarity with POS systems

  • General computer knowledge, including some experience with functions such as Microsoft Excel and/or other reporting software

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment

  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets

  • Languages: fluent in Cantonese and English

    • Strong preference for those who are also proficient in Mandarin

  • Holder of Hong Kong ID Card or valid working visa in Hong Kong

  • Availability: 5-6 days a week depending on store needs, including at least 1 weekend shift and public holidays

  • Passionate about start-ups, female empowerment, and (of course) handbags!

由2020年十一月到2021年一月,我們將選定香港一處人流眾多的時尚購物中心展開為期3個月的限定實體店(Pop-Up Store)。我們正在尋找對名牌手袋具有專業認知、熱情且主動的約聘銷售助理加入我們。你將協助我們日後在香港的品牌推廣活動,並有機會成為SENREVE 品牌大使,一同與我們拓展其他亞太地區(如:新加坡、內地、台灣、馬來西亞….等)的銷售活動。

主要職責:

  • 展現品牌大使友善及真誠的特質,向顧客介紹SENREVE 的產品及品牌理念

  • 在銷售過程中能展現高品質的客戶服務態度:針對不同客戶需求能給予相對應的解答及服務;依據客戶的風格/ 日常需求推薦不同產品

  • 協助處理日常店鋪營運流程如:結帳、整理貨架、倉儲及庫存管理

  • 協助視覺營銷:確保產品的陳列及佈置與品牌理念吻合

  • 為快閃店相關特殊活動如:開幕派對、記者會、工作坊….等提供備案或協助

  • 與SENREVE 的亞太地區辦公室保持密切聯絡,確保快閃店成立期間之流程順暢

  • 達成每週銷售目標

  • 協助其他管理、營運店鋪之細節

我們正在尋找這樣特質的人……

  • 具香港身分證或合法工作簽證者

  • 積極外向、善於與人溝通;與顧客建立真誠且良好的關係

  • 有團隊精神,對任務來者不拒,能承擔責任

  • 結果導向、善於解決問題,並能照顧所有細節

  • 對店鋪營運有經驗 (能操作POS系統)

  • 基本電腦文書處理能力

  • 最少一年的銷售經驗 (奢侈品零售經驗為佳)

  • 對促進銷售、達成階段性目標具實際經驗

  • 能說流利粵語;能使用普通話及英文應答者尤佳

  • 持有香港身份證或在香港有效的工作簽證

  • 一週工作5-6 日(視店鋪營運情況),包含最少一日週末或公定假期之輪班

  • 對新創公司與女性議題(當然,還有手袋!)有興趣及熱情
