What You Will Be Doing :

• To manage daily operations of online shop (including order management), generate & update website contents
• Manage daily e-commerce operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations
• General operations follow up including product listing, pricing, inventory update and product text editing.
• Involve in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Work with sales and marketing team for better promotion planning and solve any issues on demand and suppliers
• Prepare regular analytics and reporting

Who is our Right Fit :

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related disciplines
• High proficiency in written English & Chinese
• Experience in e-Commerce / retail industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Well organized and have good coordination capability
• Highly self-motivated and independent
