Responsibilities：

• Runs the espresso/beverage service throughout the day
• Operates the Point of Sale system, cash till, Octopus Reader, and packages goods for sale
• Maintaining a tidy and comfortable store environment
• Communicates stock of Front of House Inventory
• Interacting with customers and develop a profound customer relationship to drive customers satisfaction
• Perform as ambassadors for Proof, you and the team will reflect its unique culture, positive attitude and excellent standards at all times

Requirements：

• A passion for coffee
• Lots of enthusiasm and energy
• Possess excellent written and communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous
• Have excellent knowledge of F&B operations, health and safety regulations and service standards
• Have a positive attitude

Working location: Happy Valley

Working schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Day off: 6 days per month
