Bright Kids is a social enterprise founded by Hong Kong famous educator, providing support to students in need and allowing them to overcome learning difficulties. Our mission is to help students perform better in today's education system and integrate into the Hong Kong society in a more competitive way in their future life.

We provide a variety of high quality programme to accommodate students of all age group, from kindergarten to secondary school students, irrespective of background, nationalities and educational capabilities.We also provide career planning and enrollment of schools advice to help students plan ahead of their future. We play great emphasis on both students and teachers development with emphasis on Effective Learning and Assessment for Learning. We nurture students' right learning attitude, to raise their interests towards studying through activity approach and emphasize of whole person development.

Responsibilities

• To conduct English courses for primary school and kindergarten students
• To prepare teaching materials
• To develop, plan and deliver curriculum
• To update students' learning progress
• To support Centre's daily operation and administrative duties

Requirements

• University Degree holder, major in Education or English is preferred.
• High proficiency in English (Fluent or native-like English is a must) and Cantonese
• Solid experience in teaching children in small group is a plus
• Responsible, enthusiastic and cheerful with genuine passion for teaching children
• Be able to connect with students and have good classroom management skills
• Prior teaching experience is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
