English teachers needed in Zhuhai (west), Zhongshan and Chaozhou
(Guangdong Province, China)

TPR's Teaching Method:
TPR has adopted a specific and proven effective teaching method called Total Physical Response – TPR for short. It was developed in the United States and Europe as a primary language teaching method. The school also focuses on ‘Situational English’ and provides training to students of a wide range of ages, from kindergarten kids to adults.

Here are the highlights of the contract for English teachers:
1. Contract period:
Chaozhou: 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017
2. There are 21 teaching hours per week:
Chaozhou: Monthly salary RMB10,000 plus rent-free furnished apartment
3. RMB150 per teaching hour for overtime teaching if the teacher wants.
4. Airfare allowance: RMB5,000 at the end of a contract every single year.
5. Performance bonus: RMB2,000 at the end of a contract every single year.
6. RMB500 increase of monthly salary for the second contract.
7. Every year 30 days paid holidays.
8. Medical insurance for accident and serious illness with limited coverage.
9. Free internet access at TPR.
10. Free outings every term. (hot springs, rafting, cultural sites, water parks, etc.)
11. Free teacher training in July and August 2016 (salary will not be deducted during this period).
12. Free Mandarin Chinese classes.
13. No office hours.
14. TPR will do the work visa (Residence Permit) and Foreign Expert Certificate for the teacher.


Candidate requirements:
1. Native English speakers from Australia, Britain, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand South Africa and the USA.
2. Minimum qualification: A Bachelor's degree + two years’ teaching experience. (or a TEFL / TESOL / TESL / CELTA certificate)
3. Should be dynamic, have enthusiasm to teach English to different age groups and be open to experiencing a new culture.
