2. Mission: We aim to help children in remote and underprivileged areas access international education. Particularly in English, many children here excel in written exams but cannot speak a complete sentence—often referred to as "dumb English." Therefore, we are now looking to invite a native-speaking foreign teacher to join us in transforming the English learning landscape in this small city, giving these children the key to the global stage.
3. Requirements for Foreign Teachers:
(1) Native English speaker;
(2) Possess a TEFL or TESOL certificate;
(3) Friendly and approachable;
(4) Able to work in Baoshan long-term for at least one year;
(5) Mainly engaged in teaching English to children aged 4–18.
