Job Description
Office Address:
(Pre-opening stage in the company office )——9th Floor, 9th Building of Fudi Zhonghuan, No. 858, South Huanzhen Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai.
(Operational stage in the kindergarten at March,2020)——No.399 Zhongren Road, Nanxiang, Jiading District, Shanghai.

Responsibilities
Pre-opening stage
- To develop and design a curriculum framework for the new start-up kindergartens together with the research team, outlining the scope of goals, skills and content of the curriculum ;
- To establish procedures and practices for the assessment of student progress;
- To establish faculty evaluation and supervision appraisal protocols and practices;
- To establish student enrollment criteria and develop enrollment protocols and practices;
- To Interview, hire and manage English Teachers;
- To organize and implement promotional events.

Operational stage
- Use Kids‘R’Kids Marketing Manual as primary resource to build enrollment;
- Be familiar with and utilize opportunities to market the centerin the community;
- Handle and document any and all family concerns, follow-up with the concern as soon as possible;
- Conduct family/teacher conference when necessary according to the needs of the child, the teacher and the family,and manage communication between school and families;
- To conduct classroom observations in order to provide commendations and recommendations for further improvement;
- Continue to develop and refine curriculum design, planning and teaching pedagogy. To lead teaching and curriculum planning, to supervise and track the implementation of the curriculum;
- Continue to develop and refine the faculty appraisal system and organization of supervision;
- To develop a professional development plan based on identified needs; To organize various professional development activities for faculty,Train ET and schedule necessary training,Plan and conduct monthly ET meetings.

Qualifications:
1.Four-year degree in early childhood education or related area.
2.Speaking English as native language.
3.Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of infant/toddler/pre-school/schoolage children, typically gained by working three years or more in a school or preschool setting.
4.Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/schoolage children.
5.Good written and oral communications skills.
6.Working experience in management positions.
Employment conditional up on results of the following:
1) Satisfactory criminal background check for child care centers
2) Satisfactory Drug Screen

Salary: RMB 25000-35000/month, based on working experience and qualifications,
Paid Holiday:
11 public holidays (Chinese calendar) per year, also offered 2 days Christmas holidays

Flight tickets reimbursement (economic class) up to 10,000 RMB together with the 10th month’s paycheck as long as the teacher is still working at our kindergarten.
