Full-time German Market Manager for Consumer Electronics Company
(This position is based in Changsha, Hunan Province)

With a team of more than 200 people in our offices in Changsha, Shenzhen, Tokyo and San Jose we think global and act local. Our major markets include the USA, Canada, Western Europe and Japan.

The product portfolio of Anker includes external batteries, peripherials, car chargers, protective accessories for tablets and smartphones etc.
Job Description
- Translate (English to German) and create listings, user manuals, marketing material
- Deliver product support to German customers via email and phone.
- Take over marketing responsibilities such as our product tester program, keyword optimization, content management.
- Chinese team with Western style management. Very open and communication based. Not the classical top-down.

Job Requirements
- Able to understand problems from a customer's perspective.
- Excellent writing skills. Error-free German.
- Interested in tech gadgets.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce or marketing.
- Basic Chinese language skills preferred. 1-2h of free Chinese class per week if applicant desires. Very good English. Native German.
