Full-time Head Counselor Job In Shenzhen,about 200,000RMB yearly

The kindergarten is Western-managed, fully licensed school,we are the leading international kindergarten for children ages 2 to 6.We believe each child can reach her full potential with unconditional love, clear limits and freedom to express. Our goal is to build courage, develop character, and cultivate creativity. Two locations in the city of Shenzhen (Nan Shan and Fu Tian District), PR China, adjacent to Hong Kong

Teaching condition:
*Available start date:Feb.,2016

*Willing to commit to minimal a 2-year contract
* Salary:Annual income about RMB200,000
* 40 real duty hours per week within which classroom counseling time are up to 20 hours per week by arrangement with the Club Director.

Requirements:
1. Native speaker of English, Bachelor degree in educational field, Teacher’s credentials. Master Degree preferred.
2.Prior track record in management and training experience in a preschool, kindergarten or elementary school.
3.Enthusiastic, ready to adapt to a new culture and ready to lead by serving team members and children.
