Full-time Teaching Assistant (two posts) for Business Analytics Programme in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 497287) (to commence in late August 2019 for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline. They should have excellent quantitative skills. Proficiency in quantitative tools such as MS Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), R, Python, SAS, SQL or Matlaband; and prior teaching experience would be an advantage. They should also have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English. Excellent communication skills in Chinese would be an advantage.

The appointees will work with the course instructors and the Programme Office to conduct tutorials and workshops in English for postgraduate courses; prepare course materials; support programme administration, classes and examinations, and perform other duties as assigned.
