As a core member of our curriculum team, the Foreign English Teacher will be primarily responsible for creating online teaching content, such as oral English practice instructions in both audios and video clips.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan based on our curriculum framework;
2. Cooperate with content team, dedicated to make creative, engaging, and interesting lessons for adult learners;
3. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate our users;
4. Maintain an open line of communication with our students and provide appropriate feedbacks.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker, experience with online teaching is preferred;
2. Passionate about English training;
3. Familiar with trendy online short video sharing apps, know the tips and tricks of the internet;
4. Able to work on a deadline and complete work on time while still maintaining consistent high-quality output, willing to work overtime to hit deadlines.
