Cloud Solution Architect
Overview
Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and services. To this end, Microsoft is investing in a dedicated Customer Success team member that will help the largest and most important companies in the world across all industries successfully adopt Microsoft Cloud solution and services.
Responsibilities
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you are responsible for a customers experience with the Azure platform, how the customer uses the cloud to deploy applications quickly and effectively, how they store their business data, how they run their entire business using our trusted cloud platform.
Technical Account Manager
Overview
Technical Account Manager (TAM) are trusted business advisor to Microsoft's customers paying for our support services. By maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, you will gain a thorough understanding of the organization's IT goals, pain points, and the IT team's impact on overall business. You will use this information to create a service delivery plan to make sure customers are finding success with Microsoft products.
Responsibilities
Technical Account Managers provide valuable insight on the operation and optimization of the customer’s IT infrastructure through quality service delivery management. If something unexpected occurs after a customer has deployed a Microsoft product, you will work with global business support to manage incidents through to resolution. You’ll maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure there is operational improvement with the client and/or a product improvement underway with Microsoft’s product team.
Premier Field Engineers
Overview
Premier Field Engineers (PFEs) serve as deep technical advisors retaining customers (Enterprise, Government, Education, etc.) & delivering unique value by supporting & increasing the consumption & productivity of acquired and/or deployed Microsoft technologies. PFEs provide technical support including product technical training onsite, as well as via telephone, & electronic media. The PFE Support Delivery Model outlines the various support delivery services that a Premier Field Engineer could provide through the Premier Support contract and engagement via the Technical Account Manager (TAM) and/or Virtual Account Team (VAT). Those support services can be delivered either remotely or on premises.
Responsibilities
As a PFE, you will deliver proactive and reactive onsite, remote, and dedicated services for Microsoft’s Premier customers across the Europe or EMEA, depending on the technology project you will support. Also, you will provide various services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and ultimately improve the health of our customers’ environments.
The PFE consults with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution in line with Microsoft best practices and can provide rapid on-site expertise to resolve critical customer support situations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or having maximum 12 months since graduation of a a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, electrical engineering, management information systems, or related STEM fields;
- Passion for technology and working with customers;
- Confidence to manage executive relationships, both internally and with customers, to create business transformation;
- Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of regional/virtual teams;
- Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired;
- Available to travel due to customer requirements for onsite services;
- English language and local language fluency - Finnish - for all roles;
- Full unrestricted work authorization for Finland.
