Customer Success Manager

Overview

Customer Success Mangers (CSMs) focus on enabling our clients' vision for driving digital transformation within Microsoft solution areas. CSMs are our customer's success advocate as they deploy, use, adopt and consume our technology. CSMs are core to our long-term strategic success and by driving usage of cloud services and increasing accounts while broadening the surface area of potential with our accounts.

Responsibilities

CSMs manage migration of America's largest enterprises to adopt, deploy and execute their business objectives using Microsoft technologies.  Successful CSMs uncover the true essence of problems and come up with insightful solutions appreciative of the way a customer views both their business and processes.

 

Partner Development Manager

Overview

As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will have a key role in Microsoft's partner management strategy. A PDM is a business development role that aligns to a partner segment and is accountable for driving performance of a managed portfolio of partners by business priority. Your goal will be to drive partner recruitment, enablement and business growth based on their strengths and priorities. As a PDM, you will represent Microsoft to our partners, communicates our strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in the digital transformation journey. ​

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the overall partner relationship, strategic business planning and landing execution across all key priorities. You will use your expertise in marketing, sales and technology right away to coordinate the right resources at the right time to drive mutual success for our partner channel and for Microsoft. You will help partners develop, launch, and grow new products/solutions/practices in the market. 

 

Territory Channel Manager

Overview

The Territory Channel Manager is the Partner Ecosystem specialist, curating and connecting to our customers, an ecosystem of partners with the best of breed solutions driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage in assigned territory. The TCM will need to orchestrate with individuals across a multitude of roles, ranging from the Customer Program Manager to understand the market opportunities and the strategy to capitalize, Partner Development Managers & Partner Marketing Advisors.

Responsibilities

The role will own the partner impact in an assigned territory by ensuring that we have an active and engaged channel ecosystem that would be able to meet the customer requirements to digitally transform their organization. To achieve that, the role will be expected to have knowledge and expertise of the partner ecosystem in the geography, have the ability to ascertain the required partner capacity and capability required in the defined territory to ensure maximum partner impact on customer acquisition, renewals and consumption. 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or having maximum 12 months since graduation of a a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, commercial, finance & economics or related fields;
  • Practical sales experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment;
  • Ability to influence, inspire and lead from any role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • English language and local language fluency - Finnish - for all roles;
  • Full unrestricted work authorization for Finland.
