We are a value-based asset management company established in 2009 looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Job responsibilities: 

The candidate sought will act as Fund Accountant responsible for the accounting of both the company and its portfolios as well as the operations of our investment portfolios. Job scope includes: 

• Ensure accurate daily operations in connection with our investment portfolios, including trade control checks, trade settlement, NAV reconciliation, maintaining and developing daily valuation spreadsheets and pricing models
• Bookkeeping and preparation of the company's financial accounts
• Prepare regulatory filings
• Assist our service providers and business partners to carry out periodical audits and KYC exercises
• Provide compliance support on AML/KYC, FATCA/ CRS reporting procedures
• Work with team members in Investment, Investor Services function as necessary.

 Requirements: 
• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance and/ or related discipline preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Sensitive to numbers and attentive to details
• Good team player but can work independently as well
• Good integrity
• Good communication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English, good Mandarin/Putonghua)
• Knowledge in GNU a plus but not a must
