Responsibilities

• Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory and company requirements.
• Perform and enhance periodic Compliance check in different business functions.
• Assists in funds operation, such as cash reconciliation, payment and cash transfer.
• Be the cross-backup of operations team member and will be able to perform fund daily valuation and month-end report.
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with 2 years’ relevant experience in Fund Administration, Auditing or Accounting. Compliance and Internal Control experience is a plus.
• Qualified member or student member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access etc.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Independent and good team player with critical thinking.
