Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions
• Detail minded with good problem solving skill and able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the full books of accounts for the funds on timely basis.
• Monitor cash activity of the fund including cash transfer for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds, payment of redemptions and fund’s operating expenses.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions and distributions.
• Conduct anti-money laundering checks and handle investor communications.
• Liaise with investment managers, brokers, custodians in relation to trading activity as required
• Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
