Responsibilities

• Supports the finance accounting functions for the fund including accounting, finance, treasury and taxation.
• Primarily responsible for private equity fund accounting and administration
• Working closely with the CFO, responsible for proactively managing and executing the group accounting and financial activities of the group
• Overseeing tax planning for the fund management group and operating procedures.
• Overseeing the private equity fund accounting and administration
• Investment transactions support
• Liaising with auditors, lawyers, banks, and JV partners

REQUIREMENT

• 7+ years of working experience and post qualification accounting and finance experience
• Relevant working experience in private equity fund manager, preferably in property sector
• Audit training and/or prior experience in dealing with auditors
• Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations
• Working knowledge on taxation of Hong Kong and regional countries, company secretarial matters is preferred
• Detail oriented, flexible, team playing, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with ad hoc requests
• Strong communications and people skills
• Mature and able to work independently
• Language skills – English and Mandarin
