Are you passionate about Swiss investment funds?

We are looking for a Fund Engineer/Product Specialist to:

• holistically advice front units and clients on the structuring of Swiss investment funds
• draft legal fund documents and prepare submissions to the regulator.
• act as single point of contact to the Swiss regulator; discuss and negotiate bespoke fund solutions with the regulator and all involved stakeholders of a fund project.
• draft fund management, fund administration, asset management and distribution agreements.
• analyse and assess new fund regulation impacting business and clients as well as identify product improvements for our clients.
