Responsibilities

• Ensure and enhance the operation procedures to be adhered to regulatory and in-house requirements;
• Responsible for in house compliance checks as KYC / AML and SFC reporting;
• Handle daily operations, including trade settlement and reconciliation;
• Responsible for calculation, reconciliation of fund NAV and handle month-end reporting;
• Liaise with external service providers such as auditor, fund administrator, prime brokers and legal consultants, etc;
• Book keeping for internal accounts;
• Take on ad-hoc assignments, if any

Requirements / Qualifications

• University graduate or above, big 4 experience would be an advantage
• 3-5 years' experience of fund operation
• Fast learner with less experience will also be considered
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Detail-minded and well-organized
