Key Responsibilities:
Contributing and supporting Fundraising and Marketing teams to deliver against annual targets and plans
To be responsible for the marketing strategies, planning, implementation, operation and outcome evaluation for each assigned projects and programs
To develop new sponsors and explore new fundraising initiatives
To formulate proposals to secure sponsorship and donations
To manage the relationship with donors and corporate sponsors
To develop marketing and digital materials and social media campaigns
To lend support to other members of the team, and work towards the overall departmental goals
To provide guidance and coaching to volunteers and interns
Develop creative and promotional materials and resources to maximize the social exposure of the organization including promotion leaflets, posters, banners booklets etc.
Requirements:
Associate degree or above, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field, recent graduates will also be considered
Experience in Adobe Creative, with expert level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign etc.
Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office
Have passion in working with children and charity sector
With good interpersonal skills and able to deal with challenges
Able to work both independently and in a team with initiatives
