Responsibilities:Control the complaint rate of furniture products within company targetCommunicate and coordinate among suppliers, QCs and German companyAssess potential quality issues and structure of new productsDraft quality documents and implement themAssist QCs to solve quality disputes/issues with suppliersAssess performance of QCs

Requirements:Associate degree or aboveFluent English is a must / foreigner preferred8 years or above experience in wooden furniture ( Applicants who have no furniture experience do not submit your CV!)Adaptable to flexible working time and travelingGood communication skills, self-displineAbility to solve problemsSkillful at office softwareExport experience is a plusEuropean furniture market experience is a plus
