Job Description:
1. Able to connect with projects, accurately analyze and position customers, develop professional overall soft decoration design plans, from design concepts to the final plan implementation, and combine the on-site hard decoration conditions to grasp the creation and expression of overall living scenes and styles;

2. Being able to comprehensively control the theme, style, color, product selection, and fabric selection of interior design and furniture/home accessories, as well as the size of details;

3. Responsible for coordinating, problem-solving, and controlling the progress of on-site display and placement of soft decoration projects, ensuring effectiveness, quality, and progress;

4. Assist and cooperate with the sales team to track customer design proposals, and be able to accurately understand customer decoration progress and maintain friendly relationships;

5. Priority given to high-end real estate and villa resources.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in interior design, with at least eight years of work experience in the same position

2. Strong design philosophy and unique insights in interior design, with a keen eye for color matching and application;

3. Having high aesthetic and design abilities, proficient in the entire project operation process;

4. Strong communication skills, strong service awareness, and professional spirit;

5. Dedicated to work, pursuing efficient work efficiency, striving for excellence in work, strong team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and innovative spirit;

6. Proficient in using interior design software such as PS software, with 3D effect production software such as 3DMAX preferred;

7. Familiar with on-site layout and management of soft decoration, with experience in high-end private customer service.
