職責：

• 負責私人別墅的膳食工作, 包括選購食材及烹調食物;
• 設計日常及宴會的菜單和食譜;
• 處理一般廚房工作;
• 一星期工作6天, 每天12小時, 西貢區上班

入職要求：

• 學歷不拘, 具六年或以上中廚經驗;
• 熟識潮州菜或粵菜; 
• 懂得烹調西式早餐及融合(Fusion) 菜式; 
• 能夠安排大型宴會菜式;  
• 能操普通話及廣東話; 
• 注意衛生、不吸煙、守時、有責任心
