We are looking for a Future of Work CZ Trainer who will be responsible for end-to-end internal training delivery, skill management and related topics in areas of life-long learning, personal growth and new ways of learning for Siemens GBS. Create GBS business lines specific learning content (e.g. P2P, R2R, O2C), and deliver training in different ways: e-learning, hybrid and face-to-face Grow continuously to deliver soft skills and/or hard skills per business demands Collaborate in agile way on our initiatives and tools implementation with stakeholders across organization on local and global level Match skills to respective learning content to enable our people get needed skills and knowledge for current and future roles Continuously update and digitize GBS specific learning content Support our GBS people to grow and develop during onboarding and entire employee life-cycle What do we expect from you? Knowledge of GBS accounting processes in one of the business lines (P2P, O2C or R2R) Experience or willingness to develop in hard skills (e.g. data analytics) or/and soft skills Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with colleagues Ability to collaborate across hierarchies and units Mindset to focus on the future, not the past Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills Proficient English and Czech Passion to develop yourself Be the trendsetter to try new things Resilience in continuously developing environment We also offer: 5 weeks of vacation (up to 8 extra days can be purchased from the benefits budget) Flexible working hours with a fixed core from 10:00-14:00 home office with 100 CZK net/day allowance annual bonus with the possibility of transfer to cafeteria e-vouchers worth 90 CZK/day MultiSport card at a discounted price annual cafeteria budget of at least CZK 24,000 with any use on the benefit-plus website (e.g. holidays, language course, cultural and sporting events, etc.) contribution to life insurance or pension insurance paid from benefits company kindergartens in Prague and Ostrava the opportunity to become a Siemens shareholder and receive free shares Organization: Global Business Services Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
