Create GBS business lines specific learning content (e.g. P2P, R2R, O2C), and deliver training in different ways: e-learning, hybrid and face-to-face Grow continuously to deliver soft skills and/or hard skills per business demands Collaborate in agile way on our initiatives and tools implementation with stakeholders across organization on local and global level Match skills to respective learning content to enable our people get needed skills and knowledge for current and future roles Continuously update and digitize GBS specific learning content Support our GBS people to grow and develop during onboarding and entire employee life-cycle What do we expect from you?
