工作职责

1. Service Management and Drive Sales销售服务的管理

? Help store manager to cultivate a customer-focused service culture with every member in the team, and supervise the service maintaining and growing this culture. Regularly analyzes service data and team service capability to achieve improved service and increased sales 协助店长培养有客户服务意识的团队，监督并保持整个团队的服务意识。 定期分析客户服务的相关数据和团队客户服务的能力，持续提高团队客服技巧以促进销售

2. Brand and Product Knowledge品牌和产品知识

? Works with store manager to receive Brand and product training to support new and seasonal product launches 在店铺经理指导下接受品牌和产品的培训，支持新产品和每一季新品上线

? Partners with others to support, deliver and facilitate compelling and educational training sessions. 参与，支持品牌和产品培训，并培训相关知识给店员

3. Store Operations Support店铺营运支持

? Help store manager for the recruitment, on-boarding, training and evaluation of the store team to drive a performance culture in the store 协助店铺经理做好店铺人员招聘, 入职, 培训和考评，培养店铺人员绩效管理的氛围

? Support store manager to creates an effective and efficient retail environment where all policies, procedures, tools and operations are under control 支持店铺经理建立高效率的零售管理团队，确保政策，流程和运营的准确有效进行

? The store operation duties include but not limited by the following tasks: 店铺营运职责包括但不局限于以下方面:

? Support new store set up 支持新店建设 ? Make the sales target, and lead the team to achieve it 带领团队完成销售指标 ? Sales reports, bank-in, store expenses etc. 销售报告，店铺费用管理等

? Manage the inventory process, well control stock level 库存管理

? Organize of replenishment 管理补货

? Ensure and implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays; 确保店铺内的货品陈列和窗口成列符合公司要求

? Ensure the store working environment is safe and good; and ensure the security of property, equipment 确保店铺人员的工作环境安全良好, 确保公司财物和设备的安全

? Support and coordinate the communication with landlord 支持和协调与业主的沟通

4. Coach and Develop 指导和发展

? Fosters a team environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability, both inside and outside the store 对内对外都建立信任，透明，相互激励，有责任心的团队氛围

? Assist store manager to coaches and develops store team to maximize performance 协助店铺经理指导和发展店铺团队，最大化激励团队成员的能力
