1. Conduct patients/residents satisfaction survey via call back/QR code/onsite interview to obtain their feedback and /or experience effectively
2. Respect patients/residents’ private information and respect their confidentiality
3. Generate satisfaction reports on a regular basis. i.e. weekly and monthly basis
4. Coordinate relevant departments to solve patients/residents’ complaints
5. Collaborate with service excellence team and operational team for continuous improvement
6. Other tasks required
7. Excellent communication skills, logic and judgement优秀沟通技巧,条理和判断力
8. Honesty and integrity is a must必须诚实正直
9. Keen listening ability, to quickly and in-depth capture and understand the patients/residents needs
10. Compassionate personality
11. Strong sense of responsibility
12. 1 year above relevant experience, Priority will be given to medical, nursing or relevant experience in the healthcare field
13. Excellent written and verbal skills, spoken and written English and Chinese
