G4 Homeroom Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Grade 4 Homeroom Teacher to join an international/bilingual school in Beijing. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and caring educator who can create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for primary students.

✨ Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above
Valid and formal teaching qualification/certificate
Relevant experience teaching primary-aged students
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passionate about working with young learners
Candidates currently based in China are preferred
Candidates who can start as soon as possible will be given priority

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the homeroom teacher for a Grade 4 class
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Participate in school events, meetings, and curriculum development
