We are looking for General Agency Planning & Performance Acceleration who will deeply knowledge of data management and statically methods to give insights of Agency business performance analysis which will support the management in decision making process. Track Agency compensation budgeting and propose tactical contests to drive Agency force behaviors to achieve short-term business production. Involve Agency projects, play as project team member role with quality and control actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Agency business performance analysis & Production planning

• Manage/develop insightful dashboard/MIS report to support business in monitoring performance and making decision.

• Work closely with internal/external business in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision production plans/strategic planning.

• Translate data customer/agency behavior insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business leaders.

2. Agency compensation & tactical contests

• Tracking budget control and expenses included: frequently provide compensation/contests tracking reports, analysis and measure the effectiveness of compensation/contest.

• Support line manager in design compensation/contests, cost planning, prepare proposal included obtaining approval process

3. Project management

• Play as the role of projection team member, connect stakeholders for discussion and alignment, provide insights and confidently influence others for successful execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Data Analytics, Business Statistics or IT .

• At least 5-year working experience

• At least 3-year experience in relevant fields (Life Insurance, Finance, Banking, Business / Data Analytics, Strategic Planning)

• Working experience in Life Insurance is preferred

• Working experience on Sales force compensation / incentives and/or Digital projects is an advantage

• Database knowledge and skills (Excel at proficient level, Access / SQL at basic level)

• Critical thinking / Analytical skills at proficient level, knowledge and experience about predictive / propensity modelling is an advantage
