Position Description: Lenovo is seeking for an experienced business analyst to support Global Account business, with a strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting, VBA (excel macros). Responsible for conducting independently data analysis, and producing queries and analytical models -- as well as some executive-level reporting. Work directly with executives, Sales Operations Managers, in the development of analytic processes and reports to support Sales operations. This role will also be responsible for the definition, creation, and maintenance of the business’s data resources, which serve as the foundation for business reporting. This entails proactive management of the various data assets to ensure data integrity and reporting analytics accuracy. Additional Responsibilities: • Provide on-going assistance/guidance to operational execution team in design/execution of reporting needs and resolution of integrity issues. • Develop and build data validation and error processes • Perform project management including project plan development, project tracking, resource management, status reporting, and issues/risks management • Create project requests; perform project management to enhance current systems to meet new business requirements. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or close to finish in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or other related field. • 3+ years relevant work experience • Must possess strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to dynamic changes, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a collaborative and energetic environment • Strong organizational and communication skills.
