THE COMPANY :
- Italian company owning several infant and mother care brands
- Shenzhen office : sourcing/trading/logistics office
- Specialize in : infant garment & infant / nursery textile products
- Main market : US, Europe, Asia, China and worldwide
- We are looking for MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the European CEO
- Oversee and manage overall merchandising strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, implement and monitor the overall merchandising strategy of garment/textile products from China to US/EU and worldwide markets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor suppliers
- Lead Merchandising team of 25-30 members
- Tertiary education
- Previous similar working experience as merchandising head of garment / textile products
- Fluent in English or Italian
- Experience in infant garment is a plus
- Experience in brand owners is a plus
- Solid merchandising management experience to US/EU/global markets
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong leadership and management skills
- 5 days work
- Work location : Shenzhen (close to MTR)
- Less experience will be considered as Merchandising General Manager
