Position Summary

Global Business Services (GBS) within the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division has global accountability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create business value through compliance, standardization and data analytics. The GBS group fosters a collaborative, team-focused and winning environment where employees are accountable and encouraged to develop themselves.
The Business Process Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for driving business process excellence and technology within the Global Master Data team, providing ideas and working on projects for business process improvements and implementing new technology solutions. Most stakeholders are in US, Orlando and Galway, Ireland. Business trips may be required depending on project needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse existing business processes and provide ideas for improvement
Design new processes and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
Drive implementation of new technologies to support business processes
Conduct workshops with end-users and other stakeholders to identify requirements
Work with technical team to ensure the solution fits requirements
Track project execution

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience; Experience in large multinational companies in Business Analyst or Business Process Excellence roles
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant degree/experience set
SAP ERP experience is preferred
Business Process design experience
IT project implementations in PM, BA or BRM role
Proficient organizational and project management skills
Ability to execute and deliver tasks based upon a defined timeline
Remote based management
English language proficiency
