– Driving out the key technical requirements & the detailed architecture for strategic data management & integration, both on-premise and across a hybrid- and multi-Cloud landscape, working collaboratively across functions and ensuring alignment with Group and Divisional strategies
– Managing the detailed model of the data domain, working with SMEs and business leads to ensure comprehensive representation of business and technical operational data needs
– Identifying & articulating benefits and drawbacks of different technologies and approaches for the large-scale management, quality control and distribution of data across a diverse IT landscape
– Producing architectural artifacts, visualizations and documentation describing the target state IT data and integration ecosystem
– Helping to drive and refine our Cloud strategy and identifying new opportunities across the domain
– Providing input to our technology strategy, and the development and documentation of the strategic IT target state
– Driving architecture, standards and guidelines and ensuring their adherence
– Supporting RFPs / POCs / vendor evaluations, assessing non-functional requirements and providing key input to the selection process
– Providing architecture input into key architectural decisions
– Ensuring alignment with strategic Group standards and initiatives
– Supporting architecture governance across the domain
– Supporting CTO on various key initiatives
