Primary Purpose of the Position

Product Evaluation team management (test drivers, logistic coordinator, tire helpers)

Coordinate the daily testing operation (road+ lab testing)

Develop the GDC*C testing operation

Develop the quality system / documentation (testing procedures, tracks corelation & monitoring)

Safety coordination for testing operation

Responsibilities:

Planning/coordination of daily activities for local test drivers, fitting OE (AE) and TE requirements

PE team management: career development, PMP Review

Building / consolidating the testing operation: process creation & implementation

Quality system creation & documentation: writing/translation of testing procedures, tracks correlation & monitoring documentation, test reports quality check

Safety coordination during testing operation: mounting/balancing/scrapping of tires, testing conditions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Engineering degree in Mechanics/Automotive

Minimum 5 years of experience in a multicultural and large sized company

Experience in operation development, process implementation, and team leading

2-3 years of experience in automotive industry (recommendation)

People management skills

Strong sense of organization and responsibilities

Able to work and quickly react in a fast-changing environment

Agile, proactive, team player
