Job Description
GDC Marketing, Communications & Back Office Support Professional The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is part of the IT organization of Siemens Healthineers. The GDC is responsible to deliver IT services for all cross-organizational topics within Siemens Healthineers IT, such as Data, Application Management, Testing, Strategy, Quality, Compliance, Communication, Change Management and other. GDC is the one of the main entry-points for IT services cross Siemens Healthineers CoE organizations. This position is integral to ensuring GDC core management will get smooth support in marketing, communications, hiring and other back-office activities. Your tasks and responsibilities: • Coordinating and promoting new ideas for local and global commercialization of GDC • Collaboration with Siemens & Siemens Healthcare marketing department • Responsible for communication on internal social media (Yammer, Intranet) • Responsible for core organization’s reporting • Coordinating key stakeholders to keep reporting data always up to date • Administrative and organizational support for the department and its management • Communication and coordination with the HR department • Supporting management in internal attendance and billing tools • Assisting by onboarding/offboarding of employees • Organizing main onsite/online meetings and coordinating visits • Collaboration with back-office support of other departments • Responsible for organization’s ordering activities in Slovakia • Other activities assigned by the direct manager Your skills and experience: • You have a bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, or equivalent field • You have excellent organizational skills • You have experience working in Office 365 applications • You are fluent in spoken and written English language • Ideally, you have good negotiation skills, assertive communication is an asset Your attributes and skills: • You enjoy acting as the focal point of the department and supporting the team administratively with enthusiasm • You organize your work tasks to ensure you meet commitments and keep colleagues informed • You drive tasks to completion and able to work independently to deliver high quality results • You actively engage and ask questions to further understand a task or topic and you offer your ideas for improvement or solution • You describe yourself as an organizational talent and keep an overview even in hectic situations • High demands on the quality of work are important to you • You are willing to grow and develop your set of skills • You are openminded and willing to work in a global cross-cultural working environment What do we offer: • Variable and Christmas bonus • Hybrid type of work – combination of telework and work from office • Flexible Working Hours • Bridge days – free extra paid leave 6 days per year • 3 sick days per year (no doctor’s permit needed) • In case of sickness 100% salary reimbursement 20 days/ year, this includes max. 10 days/ year for of family care • Additional pension plan • 300 EUR for regeneration of work force via cafeteria system • Wellbeing program – Psychological, Legal and Financial Councelling • Family care program (subsidy for newborns, maternity leave, kindergardens, summer camps) • Retention program (work anniversary, life anniversary, employee loans) • Training and development program (business and product trainings, e-learning, language courses, soft skills trainings,…) • Adjustable standing desk as a standard • Participation on world famous IT conferences like Microsoft IGNITE for best employees • Wide project portfolio in healthcare domain and job rotation within company (Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare IT services, …) Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1200 EUR brutto /month + VAR* *We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
