Primary Purpose of the Position

• Product Evaluation team management (test drivers, logistic coordinator, tire helpers)
• Coordinate the daily testing operation (road+ lab testing)
• Develop the GDC*C testing operation
• Develop the quality system / documentation (testing procedures, tracks corelation & monitoring)
• Safety coordination for testing operation

Responsibility

• Planning/coordination of daily activities for local test drivers, fitting OE (AE) and TE requirements
• PE team management: career development, PMP Review
• Building / consolidating the testing operation: process creation & implementation
• Quality system creation & documentation: writing/translation of testing procedures, tracks correlation & monitoring documentation, test reports quality check
• Safety coordination during testing operation: mounting/balancing/scrapping of tires, testing conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Engineering degree in Mechanics/Automotive
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multicultural and large sized company
• Experience in operation development, process implementation, and team leading
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive industry (recommendation)
• People management skills
• strong problem solver and communication skills
• Strong sense of organization and responsibilities
• Able to work and quickly react in a fast-changing environment
• Agile, proactive, team player
• Fluent English & Chinese
