Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Land & Property developer focus in luxurious residential properties in Myanmar Yangon & other Asian cities
- We are looking for GENERAL FOREMAN – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- To supervise site works and ensure quality and safety
- To organize subcontractors' works
- To ensure rapid progress of the works in accordance with program
- To manage Client's major materials supplies
- To supervise direct workers
- To assist CM on all necessary issues of the project
- Good command of English
- 20 years of foreman experience of which 10 years in General Foreman
- Minimum of 15 years building works experience with 5 years in overseas such as Macao
- Work based in Myanmar Yangon with 1 trip back to Hong Kong every month (12 round trip air ticket)
- Accommodation provided or housing allowance
