Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can:
• support a small team consisting of two Relationship Managers and two Client Advisors, who jointly manage a comprehensive and complex GFO client book
• comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
• keep accurate, up-to-date client documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• be the point of entry for processing client orders
• make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
• carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
• keep in contact with internal and external clients
