Responsible for supporting GIS in defining and executing an industry best practise data protection program and IS awareness program.

Data Leakage/Protection

o   Own Group standard on data protection and define practical requirements for BUs and staff to follow.

o   Maintain at all times a holistic view of AIA’s key data security risks and define corresponding forward looking data protection programme/roadmap involving technology, people and process, to address them.

o   Working with BU local IS team and security engineering team, responsible for defining policy rules for AIA’s data leakage solution.

o   Define and drive tactical and strategic actions to remediate identified data leakage issues as and when they occur timely.

o   Working with BU local IS team, define the governance model to ensure DLP alerts are appropriately followed up.    

Information Security Awareness

o   Identify IS awareness needs of AIA based on regulatory requirements, industry best practice and self-identified high risk staff groups.

o   Define an annual IS awareness plan and drive execution to ensure adequate coverage.
