• Prepare statutory reports timely and accurately

• Complete account reconciliation monthly

• Take action for long-aged items and ensure the healthy status of the accounts’ balance

及时清理长期挂账项目，确保账户余额准确

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and balancing of all intercompany accounts and follow up imbalance items in time

• 确保所有公司间账户准确、及时的核对, 及时跟踪账户余额

• Ensure accrual and amortization expense booked accurately

确保准确记录计提和摊销费用

• Support internal & external audits

• 为内部和外部审计提供相关支持工作

• Improve finance operation process and work efficiently

• 完善财务操作流程，高效工作

• Other assignment on ad hoc basis

• 其他临时指派的工作

Qualifications:

• Over 2-3 years' experience in financial accounting

• Familiar with the processing of accounting statements, regulations and tax laws, financial software

• Familiar with accounting process

• Good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability

• Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, working together

• Good communication skills

• Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting

• Good English reading and writing skills
