• Understanding of business and accounting practices, systems and procedures;
• Preparation of journal entries, financial report analysis and account reconciliations;
• Preparation of PRC or US GAAP reports, including but not limited to Financial Statements, Deferred tax, Effective Tax Rate (ETR), GLS report, etc;
• Maintain accounting master data, include account, PV code and FSV rule etc;
• Support interim and year end statutory audit;
• Development and maintenance of accounting documentation, well compliance with SOX requirement;
• Be trusted accounting advisor to business inquiries;
• Fulfill other jobs assigned by Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of experience and formal education;
• Minimum of 2-3 years GL accounting working experience;
• Be familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP;
• Quick adaptability to change;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good English Skills

• Ability to produce reliable data, accurate analyses and on time to support business goals and objectives;
• Familiar with CBS, Excel, Access etc.;
• Accounting certification, e.g. CPA, CMA etc.
