Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Own all aspects of the general ledger with leading GL team, including management of monthly close and reporting of results in a timely manager.
- Create the accounting framework to support segment level booking and reporting.
- Initiation and review on balance sheet account reconciliation for all scopes. Follow up action plans and provide comprehensive comments.
- Develop local accounting policy procedure and ensure alignment of accounting practices with emerging GAAP/F-M guidance.
- Perform solid analysis on accounting review.
- Partner cross-functionally to support BU reporting, controls, and emerging scopes expansion.
- Oversee the year-end audit process and partner with the company’s auditors to ensure proper year-end reporting and a stable internal control framework.
- Support to complete SOX documentation on wdesk.
- Lead on accounting projects based on management request
- Other works assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related major with solid background on accounting especially GL and closing procedure.
- Good English in writing and speaking, Proficiency with MS office products especially EXCEL.
- Above 7 years working experience, and at least 3 years experience independent lead the closing cycles, including a proven record of recruiting and managing staff members.
- Experience with implementing and optimizing financial systems and process.
- Knowledge of Chinese GAAP, FABS, and principles; Knowledge of auditing practices and principles;
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines;
- Fluent SAP experience, Hyperion/OneStream experience is preferred
- Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and ablility to manage dynamic working scopes.
- Proactive to lead project, flexibility and strong capability to work under pressure.
