职位描述

Quality and timely financial statement and reporting

Conduct quality review and monitor the progress/ completeness of pre-closing activities from GL team, provide guidance to GL team member or other finance sub-team when they face issues or questions

Review & analyzes of trail balances to ensure account records are accurate before close of accounting book on period (for US book) and monthly basis (for PRC book)

Review monthly adjustment for PRC GAAP difference and PRC statutory report before submission to tax team

Lead the balance sheet review and manual entry 2nd review for Finance Operations Team

Lead periodic closing report analysis

Oversee quarterly/ annual reporting quality and process enhancement

Review statistic reporting on quarterly basis

Owner of GL Process

Timely review GL controlling master data and ensure they are up to date in line with change of business and requirement from operation

Supervise various new controlling master data solutions or master data change solutions, including recommending changes to the business transaction

Accounting Process

Provide input on various accounting process change from other finance operation team

Provide guideline/ interpretation to local business when there is global change of Mars Finance Manual

Recommend process enhancement when opportunity identified

任职条件

Bachelor degree with major in Economics, Finance or Accounting

Professional certification such as CPA or CIA is a plus

8+ years in varied accounting and finance roles and at least 3 years in general accounting

Experience in FMCG or Consumer industry is preferred

Organized, strong business acumen, with solid process management experience

Demonstrated ability to build cross functional collaboration

Strong communication skill, fluent written and oral English

Knowledge in SAP and general accounting area is a plus.

Big 4 accounting firm experience is a plus.
