岗位职责：

• Develop initiatives related to GLCM. Promote these initiatives by designing marketing programs and via branch RMs;
• Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by identifying and maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth;
• Promote Hangseng China GLCM business and channels to grow CASA;
• Understand customer’s business and explore potential needs on GLCM services;
• Structure / tailor-make GLCM solutions for key customers or provide GLCM solutions which form part of the business propositions;
• Participate with branches or project teams for various projects related to above job responsibilities;
• Perform GLCM portfolio monitoring on regular basis to ensure timely services provided to customers and pipeline requests have been closely followed up;

• Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences in banking industry.
• Team worker.
• Strong self-motive with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
