Job Description

Job Responsibility:

1)Planning, carrying out, analyzing and presenting extensive research, such as benchmark studies, taking internal and external services into account, according to prescribed guidelines, preparing bases for decisions;

2)Preparation and drafting of contracts and presentations, as well as carrying out workshops, managing subject specific correspondence from home and abroad;

3)Preparation of business processes, illustrating potentials for improvement in cooperation with internal and external positions;

4)Procuring all-round information and ensuring an optimum flow of communication between internal and external positions, as well as national and international locations;

5)Coordination of and involvement in division-related projects;

6)Assisted the general manager in dealing with the daily affairs of the company and communicating with the company internal and external;

7)Arrange hotel, booking tickets and arrange the meeting;

8)Responsible for the administrative documents, meeting minutes and the work report;

9)Other work assigned by the general manager.


Requirements:

1)Bachelor degree or above;

2)Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access;

3)Fluent in English: oral and written; Chinese as mother tongue (proficient in written Chinese);

4)Sense for systematic approach, order and structure, detail-minded;

5)Proactive, responsible, highly motivated, absolutely reliable, loyal and honest, forward thinking;

6)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

7)Several years of experience as secretary or assistant in company.
