DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage daily schedule and arrange business trips for GM.
2. Assist GM to deal with daily affairs, including receiving the visitors.
3. Coordinate various business meetings and making meeting minutes.
4. Draft business documents for internal announcement and relevant internal procedures.
5. Collect market information and prepare marketing materials according to the requirements.
6. Perform other tasks, duties, ad hoc projects assign by GM.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE):
1. Bachelor degree or above, international education background is required.
2. At least 3 years work experiences, overseas work experiences, GM assistant or marketing experience is preferred.
3. Fluent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
4. Good computer skills(especially for PPT and Excel) and detail-orientated in daily work.
5. Excellent presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, good team player.
6. Strong self-driven ability , work independently, reliably and flexibly.
